Black Scorpio and King Jammy's in Toronto
June 24, 2007
Black Scorpio and King Jammy's "the greatest teachers in the business of sound clash" according to critics, took the stage in Toronto for a well desired heated sound clash. Of course the venue was filled with clash lovers to see the fathers of clash in action once again. The clash lasted until the sun came up, with Scorpio and Jammy's "blazing fire" in the audience playing dub after dub, hit after hit. Though Jammy's was awarded the trophy for the clash, the decision of course was tough and left much of the crowd disappointed as Black Scorpio Sound really had the crowd crazy.

Black Scorpio at Booyakah,Mass Camp
At Booyaka, history & music was combined to create a museum of music in word and song. Booyaka honoured all past Reggae greats, by featuring only music of the legends all night. Leroy Sibbles’ sound, Melody One, build the vibes until showtime. Then legendary Sound Systems, Merritone, Black Scorpio, & Kilamanjaro created the Booyaka experience that was not just music to the ears, but also music for the soul.
